Mom made this a few years ago , it is a favorite of everyone's , she has it on her Quilt rack and is keeping it for herself .
I love how she used a black and white for the backing instead of a plain white.
The whole quilt was hand quilted .

I love black, white and red quilts...they are always so striking! I made one with those colors for charity not long ago and almost hated to give it away!

ReplyDeleteSusan ,I want to make one with these colors also ,I have made a table top and placemats but not a quilt ,hopefully it will be on my list of quilts for this year, but with all I have started I may have to wait longer .I know the feeling when you hate to give away a favorite.
